“In our daily lives we often have stress, worries and fears. These emotions create discomfort and impede our ability to achieve a stable and happy life. So how can we deal with this? Through meditation it is possible to find a stable point of inner peace. We may not be able to directly solve all problems but we can learn to accept or let go of things with a relaxed attitude. Then we can enjoy the current moment in any situation.”
The lecture will be given by Lama Jigmé. It will be followed by the meditation and a question and answer session.
