It literally means \u2018to cut through\u2019, and is a powerful method for cutting through dualistic grasping of the mind\u2014the origin of suffering.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ch\u00f6d is a practice for letting go of the ego, and clearing the obstacles to discover the true nature of the mind.
