HOW TO GUIDE COMMUNICATION PROCESSES BASED ON A PRACTICE OF MEDITATION

• This seminar is open to everybody. No special preparation or certain level of practice is necessary
• Focus: basic understanding of the dharma wisdom of connecting with others
• Goals:

               – Learn about the dharma wisdom of connecting with others
               – Learn how to interact from the viewpoint of meditation
               – How to guide a group

• Program:

              10:00 – 11:00: Opening with Lama Jigmé: How to really and truly connect with others
             11:00 – 12:30: Listening Posture with Henco: How to apply the teachings and the practice in communication settings
             12:30 – 12:45: Break
             12:45 – 14:00: Communication process with Henco: How to guide a group and how to transfer the process in daily life

When:   11 April 2020 from 10:00 to 14:00
Where:  online (we will send you an invitation link to Zoom)
Fee:       non-members: 12 euros
               members of CCT and PLC: free (donation is appreciated).
