“Very grateful for the workshop today. I found it very engaging and well presented. It felt that we created a connection between the participants and left us with lots of positive inspiration”
“As a feedback I would like to mention that I think it would be great if such sessions would take place say once every month so as to consolidate the group and also perhaps to give the opportunity to learn enough to really be able to facilitate mediations sessions or workshops down the line. Also, this format with a bit of wisdom from Lama and then a knowledge sharing session was great!”
After the seminar, you will feel more confident and competent in dealing with often-complex communication processes in daily life and you will feel supported in developing these skills.
